Shipping

Where do you ship to? 
We ship WORLDWIDE! We are proud to ship throughout the US and worldwide! 

Domestic 
For all USA shipments, we use priority shipping through USPS. You can track your package from when it leaves our warehouse through its final destination. 
International 
For all international shipments, we use DHL, the world’s leading logistics provider. We offer both standard and express shipping. 

What are the different international shipping options? 
Once your order has been processed, DHL Express typically delivers your order within 3-6 days to your shipping address. At times, you may be asked to pick up your package at a DHL office or provide delivery instructions via phone or email. To ensure you receive your package without delay, please provide the best contact phone number during checkout. 
Processing can take 2-3 days depending on if you placed your order on a weekend or around a Holiday. 
Standard DHL time of arrival varies depending on your country. Once the package arrives in your country, DHL hands the package off to your local post office or a local courier for delivery to you. At times, you may be asked to come into your local post office to claim the package in person.

Which international option is better? 
We highly recommend using our DHL Express option as it is the fastest, most convenient and most secure method. Shipments typically take between 3 – 6 days (after processing) and are fully-trackable. Your DHL tracking link is included with your shipping confirmation message. 

What are your shipping charges?
 
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please utilize the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment cost. USA shipping starts at $6 for Priority Mail through the USPS. International shipping starts at $10 for standard shipping and $20 for DHL Express Shipping. 

When does the package ship? 
Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 days. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend. 
Orders placed Friday, after 10 am will be processed late Sunday evening. 
If Friday or Monday was a Holiday, please add an additional day for processing. 

How long does shipping take? 
U.S.A. shipments can take 3-5 days after processing. 
If the order is placed during a weekend or holiday, processing can take 2-3 days. 
International shipments vary by destination and shipping method. 

Will I be charged duty fees? 
Our company is based in the USA. All of our US orders are free of duty fees. 
While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. By complying with all local standards and regulations, we do our very best avoid any possible charges your country may assess your shipment. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment. 

How do I track my package? 
We send a tracking link to track your package in all shipping confirmation emails! 


Refund/Exchange & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Disclaimer: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
